Matching you can check: Supplier SKU, manufacturer part number, GTIN and links you confirmed before. Near misses are suggestions, never silent links.
Units and packs first: Prices per 100 or per 1,000, boxes, packs, feet or metres become one cost per unit, then your ERP unit.
Exception-first review: Tabs for increases, decreases, new, discontinued and pack or unit changes. Bulk-approve what is safe.
Every value traced: Each row links to its sheet and cell, or to its highlighted line on the PDF page.
Scans and e-mail: Scanned PDFs, faxes and phone photos are read by OCR; suppliers can e-mail files to your inbox address. Both in beta.
History: Price history per product and import history per supplier build up as you complete updates.
