A form suppliers can fill: Your lines and quantities, locked; answer cells with drop-downs and checks.
No column mapping: Returned forms are read in their own layout, as Excel or CSV.
Partial answers and no-bids: Kept as they are — lines left empty stay unquoted, never guessed.
Price breaks: Up to two extra breaks per line, plus minimums and lead times.
Checked against what you sent: Every answered line is tied to the line it was sent for.
Status per supplier: Waiting or answered, and whether the form was downloaded.
